Mahasen Kamathewatte joined CBC Finance PLC. in February 2012 and currently serves as the Compliance Officer. He counts over 16 years of work experience, of which 13 years is in the Information Technology Industry in Sri Lanka. Prior to joining CBC Finance PLC. he completed a successful 7 year stint at Lanka Clear (Pvt.) Ltd and People’s Bank.

Mahasen holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Peradeniya and Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Peradeniya and BSc. Special Honors degree in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
