CBCF donated a Computer, Water Tank and Sink to the Nelum Kanniya primary school in Galkulama, Anuradhapura which had a lot of scarcity of basic resources, with the presence of Managing Director/CEO, Mr Upul Dissanayake and the Corporate Management of CBCF. The Zonal Education Directress-North Central also graced the occasion.

In pictures, Managing Director along with the staff, officially handed over the computer to the respective school to raise IT literacy and facilitate the digital learning aspirations of students. Also, the Principal’s office was refurbished with new furniture and the CBCF staff was involved in painting and fixing a new ceiling which was damaged. COVID-19 safety measures were followed by the staff during the event. In year 2000, the CBEU has donated a building as well to this school in memory of Late Mr Beed Sebastian who was a general council member of Combank.
