Reaching a significant landmark in its journey, CBC Finance Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of the Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, celebrated the successful issuance of its LKR 1.5 bn worth of debentures by participating in the ceremonial ringing of the market opening bell on the trading floor of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on December 11, 2025.

The significant event was graced by: Mr. Sharhan Muhseen (Chairman), Mr. Sanath Manatunge (MD/CEO, Commercial Bank), Mr. Delakshan Hettiarachchi (Executive Director/Acting CEO, CBC Finance), Mr. Rajeeva Bandaranaike (CEO, CSE), and other Senior Management members.
