We are delighted to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CBC Finance Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, and Singer Sri Lanka PLC, held on September 09, 2025.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Chamilantha Fernando, Managing Director/CEO of CBC Finance Ltd., and Mr. Vajira Tennakoon, Chief Operating Officer of Singer Sri Lanka PLC.

The ceremony was graced by senior officials including Mr. Delakshan Hettiarachchi (Senior Credit Specialist – CBC Finance), Mr. Rangana Shamil (Head of Business Development – CBC Finance), and Mr. Raveendra Ranasinghe (Senior Manager – Three-Wheelers/Motorcycles – CBC Finance). Representing Singer Sri Lanka PLC were Mr. Janmesh Antony (Marketing Director), Mr. Suneth Sudasinghe (General Manager – Automobiles), Mr. Nalin Abeysinghe (Sales Manager – Automobiles), and Mr. Shabeen (Senior Brand Manager), along with other distinguished representatives.
